This item is absolute garbage. It's so awful, it makes me want to cry. I've used it a million instances, and it still fails miserably. The quality is cheap, and the design are stupid. Honestly, I failed to grasp how they could sell thisthing without being mortified. I'm so frustrated that I wished I'd bought something decent instead. Save your doll
